One of the fans' favourite character from the cartoon series, Spongebob Squarepants is definitely Squidward and now he’s getting his own spinoff series!

The spin-off series was just announced and will be featuring Spongebob’s grumpy neighbour, Squidward who also works at the Krusty Krab restaurant with him!
Not much information has been released about the show but it’s reported to be a “music-based” project.
The SpongeBob series is also famous for its iconic songs and fans can’t wait to see what the Squidward spin-off has to offer!

Squidward’s sarcasm and grumpiness have made many fans feel relatable over the years and has become countless number of memes.
Some fans however have pointed out and the late creator of the cartoon series, Stephen Hillenburg didn’t want the show to have spinoffs and the spin-off shouldn’t be made.
