Grand Asian Chess Challenge (GACC) Chess Championship is an international chess competition open to the public but emphasises undergraduates from local universities and colleges as well as foreign universities. This project is organized by Tuanku Bahiyah Residential College, Universiti Malaya. GACC has been well received by participants for the past 26 years, and we are honored to announce that it will be held for the 27th time in 2026. This year, to mark our 27th anniversary we will organise the International Classical Chess Championship.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports will be organising the National Youth Day (HBN) 2026 celebration from 15 to 17 May at d’Tempat and X Park, Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. A variety of exciting activities will be held, including the Neon Run, E-Sports Challenge, MY Digital Maker Fair, My Future Job, Muay Thai Challenge, interactive agency exhibitions, as well as the Youth Concert.
