If you’ve watched episode four of the final season, you may have noticed the coffee cup that was accidentally left on the table in front of Daenerys Targaryen. Even if you haven’t watched the episode, you’ve probably heard all about the infamous cup.
After apologizing for accidentally leaving the cup in the scene, HBO has removed the offending cup by editing it out! So now, you’ll only be able to enjoy that cup mistake in memes, pictures and videos that documented the moment.

As the fourth episode of the final season of Game of Thrones made its way around, fans noticed something totally out of the ordinary in Winterfell.
If you’re not up-to-date with all the episodes, this is your *SPOILER WARNING*.
After the Battle of Winterfell, the survivors got together to celebrate and fans picked up on something that seemed out of place in the Seven Kingdoms.
As Daenerys Targaryen sits at the table and watches while Jon Snow and Tormund celebrate their victory, you’ll notice a strange memorabilia sitting in front of the Mother of Dragons.
A coffee cup. Yup, a modern day, coffee cup right in front of Daenerys.

Not missing a beat, HBO responded to all the tweets about the coffee cup.
“The latte that appeared in the episode was a mistake,” they tweeted. “Daenerys had ordered an herbal tea.”
