It’s another sad day in the entertainment world as we say goodbye to up-and-coming rapper, Juice Wrld who has passed away at the age of 21.

The sudden news has come as a shock to the world and many are in disbelief over the passing of the rapper, just six days after celebrating his birthday.

TMZ reported that the Chicago-based hip-hop star had flown from California to Chicago’s Midway Airport when he suffered a seizure in the terminal soon after landing.

According to Chicago police, “a 21-year-old man had suffered a medical emergency and was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His death remains under investigation.”

Speaking to E! News, a Chicago Police Department spokesperson said, “Shortly after arriving to Chicago, he suffered what appears to be some type of medical emergency according to people travelling with him. There were no signs of foul play and all individuals aboard the aircraft are cooperating with CPD and have given all of their information. Currently we are awaiting the Cook County medical examiner on the cause and manner of death.”
