Have you been postponing renewing your IC cause it takes waaaayy too long? Well, we have good news for you!
Effective 1 April 2018, MyKad applicants will be able to get their new ICs within 45 minutes from submitting their applications!
Unfortunately though, for now, the 45-minute time frame only applies at selected National Registration Offices nationwide. This is because only 56 out of 231 offices in the country will be equipped with their own MyKad printer.
So, be patient and hope that the office closest to you has one of these special printers!
