Taking the stage for the first time since her breakup with Pete Davidson, Ariana gave a mind-blowing performance of "The Wizard and I" as part of NBC's A Very Wicked Halloween: Celebrating 15 Years on Broadway.
The singer performed one of Wicked's most beloved numbers and said that she was, "so grateful to have been a part of something so special alongside my idols! Safe to say I've always identified as an Elphie," in a since-deleted Instagram post.

Speaking to E! News, Idina Menzel - who originated the role of Elphaba, had nothing but praise for Ariana. "She's the real deal. She sings live. She sings amazing. I'm a huge fan of hers. She's got the work ethic and the discipline and the charisma," Idina said.
