Demi Lovato was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital after suffering from what appears to be a drug overdose according to TMZ.

Los Angeles police said they had responded to a medical emergency yesterday involving a woman on the Hollywood Hills street, where Demi reportedly has a home. City Fire department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart said a 25-year-old woman was transported to a local hospital from that location.
Apparently, Demi was found unconscious at her home and was treated with Narcan, an emergency antidote for suspected opioid and drug overdoses. Demi’s representative told entertainment magazine Variety that the popstar is “awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers, and support”.
Demi is known to have been fighting substance abuse for several years. In late June, the singer admitted that she relapsed on her six-year sobriety streak in her new song “Sober”.
