Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne were brought back together on an episode of The X Factor and the internet couldn't handle it.

Directioners were treated to a mini reunion of the two singers when Liam guest judged for Louis on the show. Louis, who has been a judge on The X Factor this season, gave Liam a huge hug that had fans in tears.

Having waited for what felt like forever to see Louis and Liam back together on the show that started it all, fans were hit in the feels when the 1D boys made it seem as though they had never been apart.

Directioners could not get enough of the duo and took to social media to share their feelings:
