By now fans have definitely seen the latest trailer for Zack Snyder’s highly anticipated Justice League, but if you haven’t, we suggest you go and watch it right now.

DC fans and meme lovers have long used the phrase “We live in a society” in many Joker-related memes.
However, this line has never actually been said in any of the Joker-related movies.
There was even a petition to have Joaquin Phoenix say the line in 2019’s Joker, but that unfortunately never happened.
Zack Snyder however has made fans’ meme dreams a reality by including the line in the new Justice League trailer, spoken by Jared Leto’s new-revamped Joker.
Since the trailer dropped, #WeLiveInASociety has been trending on social media with fans celebrating the director’s use of the now-iconic line.
Even Jared Leto took Twitter to acknowledge the use of internet-famous line.
