Many Game of Thrones stars have joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the past, with Kit Harington and Richard Madden set to appear in the upcoming Eternals movie… now the Mother of Dragons is joining the MCU too!
Emilia Clarke is reportedly joining the MCU in the upcoming Marvel’s Secret Invasion series alongside Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury.
She is set to join the series in an undisclosed role and with the number of characters that appeared in the Secret Invasion event in the comics, it’s hard to tell which character she’ll be cast to play!
The news came after the series added Oscar-winning actress and The Crown star Olivia Colman on Monday and they are set to appear with the already confirmed top tier talent roster.
Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn will reprise their roles as Nick Fury and Skrull General Talos and Kingsley Ben-Adir playing the villain.
Marvel’s Secret Invasion will reportedly follow the story of a group of shape-shifting aliens who have been infiltrating Earth for years.
Fans are excited over the news and wish to see Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington’s character cross paths someday in the MCU!
