BAM has defended its decision to split up their top men’s doubles pair Aaron Chia – Soh Wooi Yik.
Its performance chief Datuk Seri Lee Chong Wei says the association needs to find the best combinations as early as possible, ahead of the qualifiers for the 2028 Olympics.
This as part of efforts to claim our first Olympic gold medal.
Aaron will team up with Tee Kai Wun, and Wooi Yik with Man Wei Chong, for tournaments including the Japan, Korea, Denmark and French Opens.
