Argentina Break English Hearts

Argentina are through to the final of the football festival in North America after a late 2-1 win over England this morning.

The defending champions were trailing with five minutes to go before Enzo Fernandez and Lautaro Martinez scored to send them to their second final in a row.

Argentina will next take on Spain in the final on Monday morning.

England, meanwhile, will have to settle for Sunday’s third place playoff against France.

The result also means the Three Lions have failed to reach the final since last winning the trophy all the way back in 1966.
