The Youth Section of the Kuching, Samarahan and Serian Pan Chern Liew Clan Association, in collaboration with Ghee Hua Group, will organize a Blood Donation Campaign on 11 October 2026 (Sunday) from 9am to 2pm at The Hills Shopping Mall, Kuching. The event is held under the call of the Sarawak Lau Clan Association Youth and Women Sections, organized by the Federation of Kuching and Samarahan Divisions Chinese Associations Youth Section, Sarawak (“Federation Youth”), and supported by the Sarawak General Hospital Blood Bank, the Malaysian Red Crescent Kuching District and the 14th Kuching City Scout Group. This campaign is organized in response to the Sarawak General Hospital’s appeal for increased blood donations to ensure an adequate blood supply for patients in need. The organizers have set a target of collecting 150 pints of blood and hope to encourage more members of the public, especially young donors, to learn about the benefits and importance of blood donation. As a token of appreciation, successful donors will receive a complimentary gift. Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. The organizers warmly invite members of the public to participate in this meaningful community service and to share the information with family members and friends.
