Man City have submitted a bid worth up to 120 million pounds after add-ons and bonuses for Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson.  

Sources, however, say Forest are holding out for at least 120 million before extras.

This would be a new transfer record for a British player, surpassing the 105 million pounds Arsenal paid West ham for Declan Rice back in 2023.

Man United are keeping tabs on Nico Williams as the Red Devils look to hijack Arsenal’s bid for the Athletic Bilbao winger.

Football’s governing body has defended the US government’s decision to deny entry to a Somali referee ahead of this summer’s football festival, despite him having a valid visa.
