Real Madrid Slip Up In La Liga Title Race

Real Madrid’s La Liga title hopes have suffered another blow after they fell to a surprise 1-0 home defeat to Getafe this morning.

Its their second straight loss in the league. 

The result leaves Real four points adrift of leaders Barcelona with 12 games to go this season.

Meanwhile, Real’s Kylian Mbappe – who missed this morning’s match – has been diagnosed with a left knee sprain, with doctors saying he will not require surgery at this point.
