Man City have kept up the pressure in the EPL title race, with a crucial 2-1 victory over Newcastle at the Etihad.

It leaves Pep Guardiola’s side just two points adrift of leaders Arsenal…who will take on Tottenham in the North London derby early tomorrow.

In other Premier League results…Chelsea were held to a 1-1 draw by Burnley.

It also ended 1-1 between Aston Villa and Leeds.

West Ham and Bournemouth played out a goalless draw.

While Brighton had a 2-0 win over Brentford.

It leaves them just two points ahead of second-placed Barcelona…having played a game more.
