Rosenior Sacked, City Dethrone Arsenal!

Chelsea are on the lookout for a new manager.

This, after sacking boss Liam Rosenior after just three months at the club.

The 41-year-old closes his chapter with the Blues with just 11 wins out of 23 matches across all competitions.

Meanwhile, Calum McFarlane has returned as interim manager for the remainder of the season.

Arsenal’s run at the top of the Premier League has come to an end.

The Gunners were at the summit for 200 consecutive days until Erling Haaland’s first-half goal this morning helped Man City defeat Burnley 1 – nil.

This means the Citizens have now leapfrogged Arsenal to the peak...leading the EPL for the first time since the opening week.

Burnley on the other hand, have been relegated from the Premier League back to the Championship.

Meanwhile, the only other EPL match this morning saw Bournemouth and Leeds play out a 2 – all draw.

And back home, the Youth and Sports Ministry says any decision regarding the organization of this year’s edition of SUKMA will only be announced after a special committee meeting that’ll be held at the end of the month.

Earlier, the Sultan of Selangor decreed that the competition should be postponed due to the current global supply crisis and until the redevelopment of the Shah Alam Stadium is fully completed.
