Former winners and last season’s finalists Inter Milan have crashed out of the Champions League after a shock defeat to Bodo Glimt in the last-16 playoff.
The Norwegian minnows produced one of the biggest upsets in the tournament’s history to beat the Serie A giants 2-1 this morning and complete a remarkable 5-2 victory on aggregate.
It is their first ever appearance in the last-16, where they will next face either Man City or Sporting Lisbon.
