Dates don’t always go according to plan but one girl was dumped after an incident on a date over sushi.
The girl from Singapore said that her date went south though he was an “absolutely perfect guy” that’s “flawless and handsome”.
“We ordered our food and waited for the sushi to come, daintily chatting and finding out more about each other.”
That’s when the “sushi train” arrived and she pressed the button to send the train back after they collected the sushi… and the guy stood up and left her alone at the sushi restaurant.
“I was completely flabbergasted and confused, asking him for the reason for his sudden departure on the day. He replied ‘you did not say bye bye to the sushi train.’”
Many netizens were surprised over the dating incident with many saying what the guy did was unacceptable while some saying that “it’s only manners to say bye bye to a train”.
The girl ended the post saying, “Can I have any advice on how to improve my dating skills? I honestly have no idea what I did wrong.”
Some people also said that the guy is being immature while others said that maybe he’s just trying to avoid paying for the bill.
