The JDX Presto Concept Store is officially launching at Quill City Mall on 12 December 2019. It’s a joint effort between PUC Berhad (Presto), Smuzcity and Jingdong China to create a cashless retail scene in Malaysia because cashless is the way forward!

Let’s talk about the Presto app. Presto is PUC’s unique home-grown app that offers various lifestyle, services and convenience features, as well as hassle-free mobile payments via its own eWallet called PrestoPay.

#1 Bring the online shopping experience offline

As much as we love how convenient online shopping is, it’s difficult to trust the integrity of online sellers at times. At this store, customers can try, touch and feel the products before buying.

The store uses cutting-edge digital technologies to provide a unique and effortless shopping experience. All you have to do is scan the QR code on the item you want using the Presto app and check out with PrestoPay. So each transaction is cashless and seamless, it’s that simple!
#3 Have your stuff delivered to you

Once you’ve made a purchase, you can choose to either collect your products on the spot or arrange for a doorstep-delivery within 7 days.
#4 Wide product range with anything and everything

The store hosts various multi-label products from authorised resellers, ranging from Electrical, Gadgets, Health & Beauty, Home & Living, Fashion, to Food & Beverage, which adds up to 3,000 Stock Keeping Units (SKU) from JDX.
#5 Large Instagrammable 50,000 sq ft store

The huge store spans 50,000 sq ft with plenty of space for you to take photos and fill up your Instagram feed. So you can show off all your shopping haul at the store itself!
#6 Get a post-shopping drink from an AI-powered fridge

If your legs are tired from all the shopping, you can take a break and enjoy refreshments from the AI- and RFID-powered JDX Presto Unmanned Fridge at the in-store café. Just scan the QR code available using the Presto app to unlock the fridge and pick what you want. The payment will be automatically deducted from your PrestoPay once you close the fridge door.
