EXO, Super Junior, Blackpink and BTS are household names in Malaysia now. Malaysians have been fans of K-Pop for a while now, and it doesn’t look like our obsession for them will end any time soon.
Recently, Utusan spoke to Toh Kyung Hwan, the South Korean Ambassador in Malaysia. He said that among the ASEAN countries, Korean culture, especially K-Pop, is most famous in Malaysia!
Besides K-Pop fever, Toh was also impressed by Malaysia’s multicultural and religious people, who are able to live in perfect harmony with each other.
