Facial masks are supposed to be a calming and pleasant experience that leaves your skin feeling refreshed and beautiful afterwards.
That is, as long as you use them correctly.
Genella Pabianes Carabbacan, 22, from the Phillipines, decided to try out a charcoal facial mask in an attempt to reduce the number of blackheads and clear up her skin. But she forgot one very important step: she didn’t read the instructions which advised not to cover her hair and eyebrows.
Her unsympathetic brother filmed the moment she pulled off her own eyebrows while peeling off the mask. The amusing footage shows Genella struggling to remove the product while half crying and half laughing.
Genella said, “It was funny, and emotional. But it was more down to my stupidity. I should have read the instructions. The lesson is to always check and research cosmetics before using them.”
So, for the last time girls, no facial mask on your eyebrows, OK?
