When Marvel Studios president, Kevin Feige unveiled plans for a Fantastic Four movie over the past Comic-Con weekend, fans were over the moon to finally see the beloved superheroes introduced in the MCU.

As soon as the upcoming movie was announced, fans took to the Twitterverse to share their thoughts on who would be the perfect choice to play Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, the Thing and the Human Torch.

One actor took to Twitter to express his interest in becoming the Human Torch and unfortunately, he did not get the response that he wanted.

After the announcement of an upcoming Fantastic Four movie in Marvel’s phase five, Dylan Sprouse tweeted that he would very much be willing to take on the mantel as the Human Torch.

He tweeted, “This SDCC news is rockin my world. The #Fantastic4 announcement is so awesome and I will do everything in my power and bother every member of my team daily to get into a casting room for Johnny Storm. Dare I say, I’d even get swoll?”

Dylan’s hopes however, were unfortunately met with a lot of resistance from fans of the franchise who’d rather see a different actor in the role and did not think that Dylan suited the role at all.

It looks like everyone has their own opinions on the perfect Human Torch/Johnny Storm. Who do you think should play the highly-coveted role?
