Collectibles are fun sometimes and while they are often made for characters from movies, TV series, and games, this one was made for real life heroes!

Funko recently announced a limited edition, collectible Funko Pop figure for the Australian firefighters that risked their lives to put out the bushfires in Australia. The adorable figurine wears a firefighter uniform with a cute koala latched onto its legs!

All proceeds from the sale of the button-eyed firefighter figurines will go towards the Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’ National Bushfire Appeal – in short to help the animals impacted by the bushfires!

"The RSPCA are working alongside government and emergency agencies, veterinarians and local authorities to provide much needed equipment and supplies, emergency care and identifying and assessing injured animals in need of assistance," Funko's Jesse Little wrote in the announcement.

Of course you can donate directly to the RSPCA website but if you want a firefighter Funko Pop, you can only get them from the Australian collectible store PopCultcha for RM83 (US$19.99).

Over a billion animals have been killed in Australia’s bushfire crisis and many other animals are starving after the fire destroyed their habitat.

"Once the active fire zones clear, that’s when our most challenging work begins," wrote the RSPCA. "Our work will continue for months after the fires have ceased."
