We’ve been staying home for almost a year now that it’s sometimes easy to forget our annual commitments, like paying your car insurance.
Fortunately, paying your car insurance no longer requires you to wait in line in the post office anymore as Pos Malaysia has introduced a new payment method via their app!

Customers and drivers will now be able to renew your motor vehicle insurance at anytime and from anywhere with Pos Malaysia Bhd’s new online insurance platform that’s available through the Pos Malaysia mobile app.
All you’ll need to provide for this transaction is your IC number, car registration number and other require information. Customers will then receive their insurance premium quote and the insurance policy via email after completing their online payment.
Azmil Merican, group head of channel management and customer experience, shared that Pos Malaysia is currently modernizing its retail services by making transactions available both online and over the counters.
“This empowers customers to decide on their preferred options,” he said. “With Pos Malaysia e-insurance, insurance renewal is made easy, convenient and available at any time.”
“Customers can look forward to more services from the Pos Malaysia mobile app that include financing, will-making and remittance,” he added.
