It feels like life has taken a back seat with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic which has most of the world staying indoors. But no matter how dark times may be, love always finds a way.
And this guy proved just that with a creative proposal that’ll melt your hearts!

Samuel Hawkings had one goal in mind for 2020, he wanted to propose to his girlfriend Hannah Kenyon.
Unfortunately the lockdown and quarantine happening in the UK thwarted his plans.
Hannah’s dream was to be proposed to during the cherry blossom season but as the couple was self-isolating together, Samuel couldn’t make his girlfriend’s dream come true. So he went for the next best option, Animal Crossing.

As avid fans of the game, Samuel decided to put the game to good use and came up with the “cutest compromise”!
Hannah took to social media to share screenshots of the proposal.
The scene shows two characters on a field that said, “Hannah, I <3 You, Marry Me?”

And of course, she said yes!
“I wanted to be proposed to in cherry blossom season, but we’re quarantined; my boyfriend made the very cutest compromise,” Hanna wrote in the Facebook post.
