This time, the upcoming sequel will see Marvel Cinematic Universe’s War Machine actor, Don Cheadle, joining LeBron James on the basketball court with all our favourite Looney Tunes!

Deadline exclusively revealed that the actor will be joining the highly anticipated sequel however his role is still being kept under wraps though many suspect that he’ll be taking on a somewhat similar role to that of Bill Murray in the first movie.

The follow-up to the 1996 Space Jam will be directed by Terence Nance and is currently in production with a set release date of 16th July 2021.
Black Panther’s director, Ryan Coogler has also signed as a producer for the upcoming movie.

Besides the reveal of LeBron James and Don Cheadle in the upcoming Space Jam 2, not much is known about the movie with even the plot being kept under wraps.
